Early arrivals
If you are in Tamworth and would like to join us for dinner, we have a booking in the Banjos, the Dining Room at West Tamworth Leagues Club from 6 pm. Pay your own everything, but the fellowship is free.
Friday 24 March 2023
Tamworth Power Station Museum – 216 Peel Street Tamworth. Generators will be operational 10am – 2pm
1:00pm – Golf – Longyard Golf Club, Longyard Drive, Hillvue Tamworth. First tee of at 1 pm. Meet Deb Barnes
10am – 4pm – Registrations is at TRECC if you would like to collect your lanyard early. Lanyards can also be collected at the first event you attend
12noon to 1:45pm – PDG Lunch – Ken Chillingsworth Room at Tamworth West League Club
2:00pm to 4:15pm – Public Image Workshop is in the Max Sharpe Room at West Tamworth Leagues Club. There will be a short break in this workshop so your can attend the AGM. Afternoon Tea provided. You need to book in with Nicole Shanks, 0402 644 950 or nicole@shanks.id.au (Afternoon Tea provided)
3pm – D9660 Special General Meeting is in the Dennis Condon Room at Tamworth West League Club
From 5pm – Buses will begin the Motel pickup run to deliver to West Tamworth Leagues Club. See at the end of this information for Bus Schedule. Schedule will be sent separately

5:30pm to 6:30pm – Meet & Greet Dinner drinks at Tamworth West League Club
From 5:30pm till late – Conference Welcome Dinner & Hoedown at Tamworth West League Club casual meet and greet dinner at Tamworth West League Club
8pm – Bus departs for Tamworth Science & Astronomy Centre tour. Back at League Club approx 10pm
10:30pm – Bus back to motels departs

6:30am End Polio Now Walk – Meet at Hopscotch Restaurant, Kable Avenue Tamworth Wear your Red Polio shirt, Anything Red or anything Rotary – Bring a Hat
8:00am on wards Registration Desk open at TRECC
The Complete program on Saturday will be held at TRECC.
There are no coffee shops or restaurants within walking distance of TRECC.
